What types of signs do you offer?
Answer
Custom, residential, commercial, builder and subdivision signs. As well as indoor/outdoor banners. We also offer open house and directional signs and frames.

What are the different materials available for my signs?
Answer
Coroplast 6mm - Recommended for most residential signs and riders.
HiCore 10mm - Very strong coroplast. Will not flake, or peel. Recommended for photo signs or where durability is a concern.
Crezon - Standard choice for commercial signs 4 x 4 and up. Recommended for all mid - long term applications.

How quickly can I have my new signs made?
Answer
Almost all signs and riders are made in 2 - 5 business days.

How am I billed for your services?
Answer
In most cases your office will receive an itemized invoice at the end of every month which is then paid on your behalf and will appear on your monthly office statements.

Do you provide storage for my signs?
Answer
Yes, your signs are stored in our warehouse to ensure fast, efficient service.

What are your rates for local, residential installations?
Answer
Our rates for local post installations are $32.50 which includes the removal of the signpost at your request. Any future visit to the listing is $10.00, for repair, replacement, relocation, change over of sign, adding riders (inc. SOLD), removing riders, modifying the sign or changing to sold.

How quickly can I expect a sign to be installed on my new listing?
Answer
We offer next business day local sign installation service. Out of town service is available and provided within 2 business days.
Question
Are there any time limits or extra fees for listings that don't sell within 3 months?
Answer
No, there are no extra fees! After 4 months however, our website will prompt you to enter a removal date for your listing.
Question
Are there any fees for posts not returned or returned damaged?
Answer
Yes. You are responsible for the signpost at your listings. Posts not recovered are subject to a $30.00 charge and posts damaged by stickers or attachments installed by you are subject to a $10.00 repair/repaint charge.

Do you charge to straighten posts that are leaning?
Answer
No, with the exception of vandalism.

Do you install Sold riders so that I will not damage my signs with stickers?
Answer
Yes. We offer installation of these riders, which can be ordered from our Place an Order page.
Question
If I wish to install my own Sold stickers where should I place them to avoid the repair/repaint fee?
Answer
You may attach the Sold stickers to the arm of our signpost with staples or thumbtacks but please DO NOT remove the backing paper.
