About Us
In 1990 Werner and Sharon Koehler first began operation of The Signman Realty Services. Sharon covered the office and Werner handled all the installs 6 days a week. As our customer base expanded, we enlarged our suite of products and services to keep pace with the growing needs of our customers.
This resulted in including the design and supply of all types of signs, and metal sign frames. Our goal was to provide a one stop source for all of our clients' requirements. Our existing facility was small, and our increase in volume necessitated a larger facility, more staff, and increased equipment!
In 1992 we relocated our office and warehouse from Waterloo, to Cambridge, into facilities which at the time were adequate. After 16 years at our new facility, and several expansions, we are now looking at significant facility growth again, and a larger work force. We now have 3 full time installers, and 2 office personell.
In 1990, from humble beginnings The Signman Realty Services started very low tech. No computer, no fax machine, and no email. Now we offer all of our services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Today our capabilities keep pace with new technology. Our services are second to none as we have become the largest supplier of signs and installation services to the Real Estate industry in Waterloo Region.
